Service Calls We dispatch technicians Monday through Friday, with an on call tech for Saturday and Sunday. We generally cover the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey. Calls received late in the day are usually slated for the following day, but sometimes if a tech is close by, it is possible to be included for service the same day. We service nearly all makes and models. It helps enormously if you identify your equipment when calling for the first time; the assigned tech can prepare a model specific parts pack - just in case. Shop Repairs Occasionally, it is more expeditious and economical for equipment to be repaired in our shop, specially designed to handle all phases of repair, restoration, and bench testing. If it transpires that needed repairs are numerous and extensive, we may recommend a full rebuild, and our policy is to dismantle the machine down to the frame, then clean, rewire, repair or replace all parts during reassembly. When available, we offer equipment on loan. Delivery Monday through Friday, we deliver Miscela d'Oro Caffe and Bay Ridge Coffee and other products free of charge within our service coverage area; otherwise we ship via United Parcel Service. If calling for service Saturday or Sunday, you may also make an order for product delivery. Special Orders We certainly haven't posted everything we have to offer, for example certain custom Formula and Wega models . For these, allow 6-8 weeks. Spare Parts We stock an enormous amount of parts for just about every machine made in the last 40 years. We are currently into the mind boggling process of cross referencing, data basing and bar coding our inventory. Until we have completed this task, in most cases we will only process wholesale orders.
